Which platforms can I move from?#

Products, customers and orders can be imported from Shopify, WooCommerce, ikas, Ticimax and ideasoft exports, and from any Excel, CSV, XML or JSON file. See Import and export and the Switch to Kambloo page.

What is moved and what do I rebuild?#

Products with variants, images, categories, customers and order history come through the importer. The theme, campaigns and payment or shipping settings are set up again in Kambloo; the Switch page lists this per platform.

Will my old URLs keep working?#

Upload your old URL list to the 301 redirect panel and each old address redirects to its new page. Search engines keep the rankings that way.

Is there downtime?#

No, if you follow the order: build and test on a free test store, import the final data once more, then point your domain. Your current store keeps selling until the DNS change. If your current site should stay up during the SSL step, tick "a website is already live on this domain" in the wizard.

How long does the import take?#

A file with tens of thousands of products runs as a queued job in the background rather than in your browser; the report tells you per row what was imported.

Can I try the import before committing?#

Yes. Run it on a free test store as often as you like; nothing on your old platform changes.
