Taxes and invoices

VAT rates per product, automatic e-invoices through an integrator, and the option to issue invoices outside Kambloo.

VAT

Every product carries a tax class; the rate of that class is applied at the checkout and written to each invoice line. Set the classes under Settings, then Taxes and assign them in the product form.

Automatic invoices

Kambloo connects to e-invoice integrators. You connect the one you have a contract with; the flow is the same for all of them:

  1. When an order is paid (or shipped, if you prefer), an invoice job starts.
  2. The customer's tax number is checked: registered e-invoice taxpayers receive an e-Fatura, everyone else an e-Arşiv invoice.
  3. The invoice PDF is attached to the order and emailed to the customer. The tax authority's acceptance or rejection is tracked and shown on the order.
  4. Refunds and cancellations produce a refund invoice or a cancellation through the same integrator.

Integrators available as modules include Uyumsoft, Foriba/Sovos, Logo İşbaşı and QNB eFinans.

Issuing invoices outside Kambloo

If you do not connect an integrator, the store runs in "I issue invoices externally" mode: you declare that invoices are produced in your own accounting system. Kambloo does not print unofficial invoices.

In Turkey an e-archive invoice for an online sale must be issued within the legal period after delivery and must carry the additional fields the tax authority requires for internet sales. The rules and thresholds change; confirm your obligations with your accountant before you go live. This page is not legal advice.
