Signing in and account security
Where to sign in, how password reset works, and why two-factor authentication is required before a store goes live.

Where to sign in
- kambloo.com/login opens your account: the list of your stores, your activation codes and your billing details.
- yourstore.kambloo.com/admin (or your own domain followed by
/admin) opens the admin panel of one store. You use the same account.
Signing in from the account page hands you into a store's panel without typing the password again.
Forgotten password
Open kambloo.com/forgot-password and enter your email address. The reply looks the same whether or not the address exists, so nobody can use the form to find out who has an account. The email contains a link that opens the reset form.
Two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a one-time code from an authenticator app to every sign-in and comes with recovery codes for a lost phone.
- We strongly recommend enabling it as soon as you create your account.
- It is required for accounts that own a live store: the go-live wizard does not proceed until 2FA is enabled on the owner account.
- Store owners can require 2FA for all staff of a store in the store's security settings.
Keep the recovery codes somewhere safe. Each code works once.
Security emails
You receive an email from [email protected] when your account signs in from a new device, when the password changes and when 2FA is enabled or disabled. If you did not do it, change your password immediately and write to us from the contact page.
Sessions
Your kambloo.com session, the admin panel session and a storefront customer session are three separate cookies. Signing out of one does not affect the others.
