Basic settings

Open Settings in the admin panel. The items below are the ones every store should check before taking orders.

Store details#

• Name and logo. Used on the storefront, in emails and on invoices.
• Contact email. Customers who reply to an order email reach this address. Your store's own outgoing emails are sent for you from [email protected] until you verify your own sending domain; see Email sending domain.
• Company details. Legal name, address and tax number. They appear on the distance selling contract and on invoices, so enter them exactly as registered.

Currency and prices#

The store has one base currency in which you enter prices; for stores in Turkey this is Turkish lira (TRY). Prices are stored precisely, never rounded in the background. Additional currencies for shoppers abroad come with the multi-currency module from the App Market.

Legal texts and consent#

Kambloo generates the pre-information form and the distance selling contract from your company details and asks the customer to accept both before payment. The accepted text, the time of acceptance and the customer's IP address are stored with each order and attached to the order confirmation email.

Consent boxes on your storefront are never pre-ticked. Marketing consent (email and SMS) is a separate consent recorded per channel; see Customers and consent.

If you sell at a distance in Turkey, registering your store with ETBIS is a legal obligation of the seller; the go-live wizard reminds you of it.

Time zone#

The store time zone drives order timestamps, scheduled updates ("apply tonight at 03:00") and reports.

Storefront languages#

The default storefront language has no URL prefix; every other language you add lives under its own prefix. See Languages.
