Email sending domain
Order emails go out from a shared Kambloo address by default. Verify your own domain to send them from your address.

The default sender
From the first minute, your store sends order confirmations, shipping updates and password emails from [email protected], with your store name as the display name. Replies go to the contact address you set in Basic settings. No DNS work is needed for this.
Marketing emails use the separate mkt.kambloo.com domain, so newsletters never affect the reputation of your transactional mail.
Sending from your own domain
To send from [email protected] instead, add the email records to your DNS. The go-live wizard lists them in the same table as the domain records; you can also add them later under Settings, then Email sending.
| Record | Purpose |
|---|---|
3 CNAME records (…._domainkey.yourstore.com) |
DKIM signature, so receiving servers can verify the mail is yours |
MX and TXT for bounce.yourstore.com |
Bounce handling and SPF alignment |
TXT _dmarc.yourstore.com (recommended) |
DMARC policy; if you already have one, it is left untouched and only checked |
Verification
The records are checked every 10 minutes for up to 72 hours. Until they verify, your emails continue to go out from the shared domain without interruption; when they verify, the sender switches to your domain automatically. If verification fails after 72 hours, you receive a notification listing the missing records, and can start again from the settings page.
Email is not a plan resource
Sending email is part of the platform service on every store and is not sold by quota. Fair-use limits exist only to stop abuse; a growing store never hits them by selling more.
