Import and export
Move products in and out with Excel or CSV, pull stock from a supplier feed on a schedule, and export feeds for comparison sites.

Excel and CSV
Under Products, then Import, download the template, fill it in and upload it. Large files run as a queued job and you get a report per row: successful rows are imported, failed rows are listed with the reason so you can fix and re-upload only those.
- Product images can be uploaded as a ZIP next to the file or referenced by URL in a column.
- Existing products are matched by SKU and updated; new SKUs create products.
- Export produces the same layout, so you can round-trip a catalog for bulk edits.
Supplier feeds (XML, CSV, JSON)
If a supplier or a dropshipping partner publishes a product feed, connect it under Products, then Feeds:
- Enter the feed URL, its format and, if needed, the authentication.
- Map the feed's fields to Kambloo's fields by drag and drop with a sample record in view. Nested fields are supported.
- Set a price rule: the supplier price times a multiplier, with or without VAT, per category if you like.
- Choose what happens to products that disappear from the feed: unpublish them, set their stock to zero or leave them alone.
- Pick a schedule (hourly or daily).
Feeds are read as a stream, so a file with tens of thousands of products does not need to fit into memory. Unchanged records are skipped. Images are downloaded into your store's storage rather than hot-linked.
Outgoing feeds
Product feeds for price comparison sites and resellers are generated from the same data and served on a signed URL you can share.
Moving from another platform
The import engine reads what other platforms export. Products, customers and orders from Shopify, WooCommerce, ikas, Ticimax and ideasoft map to Kambloo's templates; the Switch to Kambloo page describes the per-platform export paths and the redirect panel for your old URLs.
