Payments

Connect a card payment provider, offer bank transfer and cash on delivery, and understand what a test store can do.

Payment methods are connected under Settings, then Payments. Each provider is a free module from the App Market that you configure with your own merchant account; Kambloo takes no commission on your sales.

Card payments

Provider 3D Secure Instalments Saved cards
iyzico Yes Yes, by card BIN Yes
PayTR Yes Yes Yes
Your own bank virtual POS (banka-pos module) Yes Yes, with your bank's rates Depends on the bank
Stripe Yes No Yes

Stripe serves sales outside Turkey; it does not provide merchant accounts to companies established in Turkey.

How a card payment runs:

  1. The customer enters the card in the provider's own secure form. Card numbers never reach Kambloo, which keeps the store within the PCI SAQ-A scope.
  2. The bank's 3D Secure page opens.
  3. The provider confirms the payment and the order becomes paid. If the confirmation is delayed, the order is checked again automatically after ten minutes, so no payment is left in limbo.

Instalment options are shown live in the checkout; you decide per instalment count whether to add a surcharge or to switch it off.

Bank transfer / EFT

  1. The customer picks bank transfer at the checkout and sees your IBAN list, with the order number to write in the description.
  2. The stock is reserved for 24 hours (adjustable).
  3. The customer submits a transfer notice (sender, bank, amount, optional receipt image).
  4. Staff confirm the payment from the "pending transfer notices" list once it shows on the bank statement; the order becomes paid. If nobody confirms before the reservation expires, the order is cancelled and the stock is released.

Cash on delivery

The carrier collects the amount and passes it on. Stock is deducted when the order is placed. Staff mark the payment as collected from the carrier's collection report.

You can restrict cash on delivery per store:

  • switch it off for customers who refused delivery a set number of times (two by default);
  • hide it above a basket total;
  • offer it only in chosen shipping zones and only with carriers that support it;
  • hide it for orders the risk check marks as high risk;
  • add a cash-on-delivery fee.

Test store versus live store

A test store on yourstore.kambloo.com takes sandbox payments only, so you can rehearse the full flow without moving money. Live payments become possible once the store runs on your own domain; see Going live.

Where your provider keys live

API keys are stored encrypted in your store's own database. After saving, the panel shows only the last characters of each key.
