Shipping

Shipping is configured under Settings, then Shipping. Carriers are free modules from the App Market that you connect with your own carrier account.

Carriers#

Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo, MNG Kargo, Sürat Kargo, PTT Kargo, HepsiJet and others connect through the same flow: label and barcode creation, tracking, delivery status updates and cash-on-delivery amounts.

From order to delivery#

1. When an order is confirmed, create the shipment from the order screen. The carrier returns a label PDF, a barcode and a tracking number.
2. The tracking number goes to the customer by email (and by SMS or WhatsApp where you have enabled those channels and the customer has consented to them).
3. Status updates arrive from the carrier: instantly where the carrier sends notifications, otherwise every 30 minutes.
4. On "delivered" the order is completed and the return window starts.

Labels can be printed one by one or as a single PDF of the day's shipments.

Shipping prices#

The checkout calculates the price from the volumetric weight (length times width times height divided by 3,000) or the actual weight, whichever is greater, together with the origin and destination provinces. Upload your own negotiated tariff as a CSV file and the checkout quotes from it.

Zones and free shipping#

• Group destinations into shipping zones and decide which methods each zone offers.
• Set a free-shipping threshold; the storefront can show a progress bar towards it.
• Cash on delivery can be limited to zones where the carrier supports it.

Marketplace orders#

Orders that come in from marketplaces are shipped from the same order list with the same carriers; the tracking number is written back to the marketplace.
