Choosing a plan

Read your usage first#

The billing screen shows three cards for the current period: traffic, storage and media bandwidth, each with the amount used and, once a plan is active, the percentage of the plan. Above 80% the panel suggests the next plan; the suggestion is based on your real numbers, not on a sales target.

Pick a plan#

Every plan runs the complete software, so the only question is capacity. Choose the plan whose resources are comfortably above your usage. You can move up or down later.

• Billing period. Monthly, or yearly at the price of ten months.
• Payment method. Turkish lira plans are collected through iyzico; other currencies through Stripe. The card is entered on the provider's own form and never stored by Kambloo.
• Enterprise. For custom resource limits and an SLA, write to us from the contact page.

Changing plans#

Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are prorated: you pay or are credited for the remaining part of the period. Moving between monthly and yearly billing works the same way.

What happens when you approach a limit#

Nothing is cut off. At 80% and 95% you are notified; above 100% the notifications continue and the panel keeps recommending the next plan. See Usage and limits for the exact behaviour.
