Refunds
The refund rules per price model, what happens to the module and its data, and how to ask for a refund.
Rules by price model
| Price model | Refund |
|---|---|
| One-time | Unconditional within 14 days of purchase |
| Subscription | Full refund within the first 14 days; after that, cancel and the module stays active until the end of the paid period |
| Pay as you go | Usage that has already happened is not refunded; the period can be cancelled like a subscription |
What a refund does
- The license is marked refunded and the module is switched off in the store.
- The data the module created in your store's database is kept, so a later purchase continues without loss.
- An activation code that was never redeemed is revoked at the same moment.
Themes
Themes are one-time purchases and follow the one-time rule.
How to ask
Write to us from the contact page with the order number from your purchase email. Refunds are confirmed by our operations team and returned to the original payment method.
