How hosting plans work

The model in one paragraph#

Kambloo's e-commerce software is free. There is no feature-locked package and no commission on your sales. You pay for one thing: the hosting resources your store uses, in a monthly or yearly plan. Paid modules and themes in the App Market are the only other charge, and only if you buy them.

What differs between plans#

Everything else is identical on every plan: product and order limits do not exist, staff accounts, API access, reporting and search are never capped, and support is the same for every customer.

What is never charged#

• The software itself and any of its features.
• A share of your revenue.
• Sending email to your customers. Email is a standard service on every store; only fair-use protection against abuse applies.
• SMS. Kambloo does not sell message credit: you connect your own provider account and pay that provider directly.
• A higher support tier. There is none.

Example plan matrix#

The plan definitions live in the platform and are shown with current prices on the pricing page, in the currency of the page language. Prices exclude VAT; a yearly plan costs the price of ten months. The enterprise tier is a custom contract with an SLA and can be indexed to a foreign currency.
